Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with Mamnoon. We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely happy with your gift, we are here to help. Please review our refund and return policy below.
1. Returns
- Eligibility: We accept returns for most items within 2 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Please note that certain items are not eligible for return, including opened or damaged presents.
- Non-Returnable Items: The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable: Items that include open or used merchandise.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at mamnoon.ae@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If Approved our team will then provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item.
2. Refunds
- Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
- Partial Refunds: If the returned item shows signs of use or is not in its original packaging, we may issue a partial refund based on the condition of the item.
3. Exchanges
- Eligibility: Exchanges are subject to availability and can be requested for items that are defective or incorrectly shipped. Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.
- Process: To initiate an exchange, follow the same return process outlined above. Once we receive the returned item and if there is another one in stock, we will ship the replacement item at no additional cost. If the replacement item is out of stock, we will issue a refund.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
- Reporting Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately at mamnoon.ae@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the damage or defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
- Replacement or Refund: For damaged or defective items, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
5. Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was damaged or defective.
